What Yoga do we offer?

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

This is a dynamic style in which the breathing, which is a pranayama technique, and the posture (asana) are synchronised. It differs by always following the same sequence of postures, synchronising movement and breathing (Vinyasa).

The aim is to channel the emotions that create conflicts, your body will open up and your mind will be liberated. All this will lead you to a state of well-being and inner peace.

Hatha Yoga

It is practised at a slower pace, focusing on breathing, controlled movements and stretching. Hatha yoga’s focus on mindfulness emphasises breathing, posture and meditation. It can help lift a low mood.

Hatha yoga can also help reduce your stress levels, anxiety and depression, not to mention its benefits for the hamstrings, spine, increased abdominal strength and improved body balance.

Yoga Nidra

This is an ancient Indian meditation technique in which you rest while a narration brings you into a state of deep relaxation. The aim is to concentrate on the guiding voice and enter into deeper states of consciousness. It is practised entirely in the horizontal position on the back (savasana), which produces a much deeper relaxation than a physical yoga practice.

Among the benefits of Yoga Nidra, it improves dopamine levels, common pathologies such as back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, type 2 diabetes or stress. It also helps to treat chronic insomnia and to increase creativity and intuition.
