La Colina de Charly is a charming rural house located in the spectacular valley of Guadalest, in the province of Alicante, with many attractions to discover.

It is designed to accommodate groups of up to 15 people in its 7 double rooms with en suite bathrooms It is equipped down to the smallest detail and, it is worth mentioning the spacious and luminous living-dining room and open-plan kitchen that stand out among all the rooms and offers wonderful views of the mountainous landscape of the province of Alicante You can enjoy its 270 m2 of house and 5.000 m2 of land any time of the year. In summer, with its swimming pool* and air-conditioning, but also in winter, with a beautiful stone fireplace, central heating and wooden floor.

FAQs

The minimum stay is two nights, although in high season it varies:

  • July and August: 6 days (full weekend included)
  • Christmas: 3 nights
  • Easter: 3 nights

Yes, for us they are are like one of the family.

However, they do have a cost of 8 euros per pet per day and the deposit is 700 euros.

We love you to enjoy Sunday at La Colina de Charly but sometimes the reservations overlap and, for this reason, the official time to do the check in is at 18:00 and the check out would be at 10:00.

However, in 99% of the cases we have no problem to adapt to your needs and allow you to enjoy a good BBQ in our house on the day of departure.

HOUSE RULES

No, La Colina de Charly is fully equipped with everything you need: towels, bed linen, tea towels, kitchen utensils… However, we do not offer personal hygiene products other than hand soap and toilet paper.

100% recommended. . It’s easy to get to and it has beautiful surroundings. The house is spectacular, the open-plan kitchen with beautiful views and a huge bar. All the rooms have their own toilet and it's great (I think that in no other house I've been that has happened). The plot has everything you need for a luxury weekend...Huge parking, swimming pool, barbecue, and a mini forest inside the property.... The hostess was very kind.
